the next 6 days we went to each of the parks some we went to a few times. The first park was Animal kingdom. My kids loved the safari ride, Expedition Everest, Kali river rapids and seeing the parades. We ate dinner in the park at the Yak and Yeti restaurant. Pan- Asian it was good. I had steak and tempura shrimp and so did Harry. We also had fried rice and Joe had noodles. It was good. The next day we went to Magic kingdom. We had a fun time comparing the rides to Disneyland. It was Harry's birthday and it rained all morning. We had a fun day. We ate Harry's birthday dinner at the Grand Floridian Resort. The most elegant resort in Disney. We had steak again and cocktails. It was nice. We went to downtown Disney. All shops and food. I don't need to go back there again. The next day we went to Hollywood studios. We saw lots of shows and rode Tower of Terror, Star Tours and Toy Story Mania. It was nice but I wouldn't need to go back there either. We had to do it one time. For dinner we went to the Wilderness Lodge. It was beautiful. We ate at the Whispering Canyon Cafe. It was the most fun dinner we had ever eaten. We started with shakes Chris had cotton candy, i didn't think it could be good but it was awesome and I had chocolate/caramel,yummy!! Joe had a smoothie and Harry had plain vanilla. We had great BBQ and if you asked for ketchup 20 bottles were run to your table. The waitress threw straws at us and they did a wooden horse race around the place and the hokeypokey. Very entertaining!!!! The next day was Epcot. We enjoyed walking around and Chris got to have his picture with all the characters. They have a character named Figment(of the imagination) we loved his ride and Chris collected all of his pins. Very cute. This night we ate at Boat wrights at the Riverside Hotel in the port of Orleans we rode boats around and had prime rib for dinner. Lots of good food. The next day we went back to Epcot but in the morning we played in the pool/water slide at our hotel. The kids loved that. Instead of a big dinner we had a big lunch at the Coral Reef restaurant in Epcot. The whole wall was an aquarium. My kids loved watching the sea turtles and rays swim and the diver as well. Again we had steaks and sea food. For dessert we had chocolate volcanoes and also mango sorbet with cookie sea horses. Yum Yum!! For dinner we had fish and chips in England and watched the special fireworks/laser show. Our last night in the parks we went back to Magic Kingdom. We rode every ride and saw all the shows. Very busy day!! We had a character dinner at the Contemporary hotel. We rode the monorail to it. We ate at Chef Mickeys buffet. The food was just OK but we could see the fire works and Chris got to meet Mickey and all his friends. He also got to join in the parade so he said it was the greatest night of his life. That made us happy. We left for home the next afternoon. It was a nice trip. THANKS GRANDMA!!!
